How to add a new instance of an existing Live Event (EC)

Click on the Live Events live.pngIcon on your Surge Learning Home Page.

Select an event and click on 'Add new Instance'.

Proceed with entering in a new event date, time, attendees, etc. This is used when you are offering the same service or education session on various dates and times to accommodate different shifts or people who hadn’t yet attended your previous events.
