The Custom Assessment helps you to identify your organizations learning goals and provides an evaluation of your staff development program. Custom Assessments are not anonymous and allow you to view responses from your staff.
A list of any active assessments will display when you click on the Custom Assessment icon. The open period the assessment is available for staff to complete is indicated under the assessment period. The staff will see the link for the assessment on their home page effective the first date of the open period.
