Training learning needs must be conducted annually. The further training needs identified by the assessments shall be addressed in the manner the licensee considers appropriate. (s.9 FLTCA and s.260(a)(b) Reg. 246/22).
This survey can be done in Surge Learning, and it is totally customizable to meet the needs of each client. The Summary report provides the Education Lead guidance and direction for the development of the Education and training program.
